Yes, they can be sent. In order for the document you want to be sent to you via e-mail, you can make a request by filling out the relevant application form under the Forms title on the web page of the Registrar's Office and then creating a help ticket (yardim.itu.edu.tr).
A help ticket must be created by writing the type of document to be sent abroad, the purpose of sending, the institution information to be sent and the e-mail address in the explanation section. For identity confirmation, T.R. Front-back photos of your ID Card or passport and the application form must be attached to the help ticket as a file.
The way to be followed;
-Select "Registrar's Office" from the department section.
- From the Category Selection section, choose "About Student Certificate / Transcript."
-Select "Transcript Requests" from the Category Selection section.
