In the power of attorney, it should be stated that the person who is  the representative is authorized to receive the diploma issued by ITU.

You can receive the original diploma from the Registrar's Office by presenting your identity document (TR ID card, Passport, Driving License). During your application; you should not have a student contribution / tuition fee or library debt. You can find out whether you owe a student contribution / tuition fee from the Registrar’s or whether you have a library debt on the ITU Library User Operations page. You should follow the announcements regarding the delivery process of diplomas on the web page of the Registrar's Office.

For diplomas that are lost, torn or damaged for any reason, a second copy of the Diploma (Duplicat) is issued. You can access the documents you need to submit during the application in order to issue a second copy of the Diploma (Duplicat) from the Graduation and Diploma tab of the Registrar's Office web page.

Graduation degrees are determined and announced at the end of the Spring semester according to the graduation date in the academic calendar. If you complete your internships after this date, you will be included in the graduate list, but you cannot get a degree.

You can follow your graduation status from the "What's Left to My Graduation" tab on your student page in Registrar’s, as well as the Potential Graduate List link posted on the Registrar’sweb page at the end of the semester.
